Benefits

Owners of 100% electric Volvo models purchased from December 2023 onwards will receive an Evergo card with the purchase of their vehicle, which will allow them to recharge their Volvo at our charging stations with exclusive benefits.

Additional:

Layout of the Evergo charging network in the Mexican Republic, with a specific amount of Energy Credits (kW).
Membership to VOLVO + EVERGO free for one year.
Special discount on the cost of the kW once the bag of Energy credits is exhausted.

Note that:

Currently our charging network is free in Mexico, Paraguay and Uruguay; However, it is migrating to a charging scheme that guarantees the correct functioning of charging stations, as is the case of the Dominican Republic, Panama and Jamaica.

TheEnergy Credits will be applicable when the charging system begins to operate. This change will be effective during the first quarter of 2024.

* The amount of Energy credits and kW acquired for each user is subject to availability of cities and models. Energy costs may vary.

Frequently asked questions

From when will I be able to use this service?

This service will be available for Volvo users from the last quarter of 2024, but they can now use our stations. Find the charging station closest to you through your Evergo App.

When will my card be delivered?

When purchasing your 100% electric Volvo Recharge, the card with “Energy Credits” (kW) is delivered. Does not apply to PHEVs.

What benefits does the card offer?

It offers free membership for one year, a specific amount of kW, and a discount on kW cost.

Does the Evergo RFID card have a cost?

Yes, for conventional clients it has a cost of $300 MXN VAT included.

Are the benefits valid?

Yes, once you sign up for your Evergo App, you have one year.

Is it possible to purchase a card or benefits if I have a Volvo Recharge Hybrid?

Yes, it is possible to purchase the card through your Evergo App, however, the kW benefits will not be available.

Does our Evergo App have a cost?

The Evergo App is free and available on devices Android and iOS.

Are benefits not available for hybrid models?

Only Volvo’s 100% electric models have access to these benefits.

Can anyone charge on these chargers?

There is currently no cost to use the Evergo network. Once the charging scheme is applied, users will have to pay for energy consumption during charging.

What are the connectors available?

CCS1 / CCS2 / CHAdeMO / GB/T in DC and Type 1 / Type 2 / GB/T in AC.

Is the card for sale to the general public or are they only customers?

Our card is for sale to the general public. However, not with the same benefits.
