Charger Level 2

Using the application:

1) Start:

Start a session in your Evergo app available at the App Store or Google Play Store. Do not forget to add funds to your online wallet.

2) Plug-In:

Take the hose from the charger support and connect it to your vehicle’s charge port.

3) Select:

Look for the station on the app’s map, scan the QR code or enter the number on the station.

4) Charge:

Press the app’s START CHARGE button. Your vehicle will start charging.

5) Stop Charge:

When fully charged: Disconnect the hose from the vehicle’s charge port and return it to the charger’s holster.

When not fully charged:

Press the STOP button on the charger or select “stop charging” in the app.
Disconnect the hose from the vehicle’s charge port and return it to the charger’s holster.

Using the RFID card:

1) Take the hose from the charger support and connect it to your vehicle’s charge port.
2) Put the RFID card close to the charger. After 20 seconds, it will begin charging, or you can press the CHARGE button on the charger’s screen.
3) To end the charging process, disconnect the hose from the vehicle’s charge port.
4) Return the hose to the charger support.

EVERGO TUTORIAL – HOW TO CHARGE WITH THE LEVEL 2 RFID CARD

After ending the charging process, you will receive a bill via the app and your registered mail. As soon as you finish, remove the hose from your vehicle’s charge port to stop generating occupancy charges at the station.
