Charger Level 3

Using the App:

1) Start:

Start a session in the Evergo app. Do not forget to add funds to your online wallet.

2) Connect:

Take the hose from the charger support and connect it to your vehicle’s charge port.

3) Select:

Look for the station on the app’s map, scan the QR code, or enter the number on the station.

4) Charge:

Press the app’s START CHARGE button, then press the START button on the charger. Your vehicle will start charging.

5) Stop Charge:

When fully charged:

Press the STOP button on the charger or select “stop charging” in the app.
Disconnect the hose from the vehicle’s charge port and return it to the charger’s holster.

When not fully charged:

Bring the RFID card to the reader.
Press the STOP button or select “stop charging” in the app.
Disconnect the hose from the vehicle’s charge port and return it to the holster.

Using the RFID card:

1) Take the hose from the charger support and connect it to your vehicle’s charge port.
2) Put the RFID card close to the charger. Press the physical START button on the charger. Your vehicle will begin charging.
3) To end the charging process, put the card close to the scanner and press the STOP button.
4) Disconnect the charger from the vehicle’s charge port and return the hose to the charger support.

After ending the charging process, you will receive a bill via the app and your registered mail. As soon as you finish, remove the hose from your vehicle’s charge port to stop generating occupancy charges at the station.
